Federal ICE agents can arrest individuals without a warrant if they have probable cause to believe the person is in the U.S. unlawfully and is likely to flee🏃♂️before a warrant can be obtained. However, to enter private residences, ICE agents require a Judicial Warrant signed by a Judge or the individual's consent.

I’m sure it’s because of illegal immigration. They typically live with many in one dwelling. They are not going to get a vaccine because most don’t believe in them, and they don’t want to get “documented,” and deported.
