Federal ICE agents can arrest individuals without a warrant if they have probable cause to believe the person is in the U.S. unlawfully and is likely to flee🏃♂️before a warrant can be obtained. However, to enter private residences, ICE agents require a Judicial Warrant signed by a Judge or the individual's consent.
