A 96-year-old survivor of the Nazi death camps is now hiding his Star of David under his shirt while walking the streets of New York, the so-called “Land of the Free.”
Jerry Wartski, whose own parents were murdered in the concentration camps during the Holocaust, says spiraling antisemitism in the Big Apple has him living like it’s 1930s Europe all over again. And he’s pointing the finger squarely at the Democratic Party and the radical Left.
“You have to keep your eyes open to what’s going on,” Wartski told The Post. “I cover up my Star of David chain under my shirt when I walk outside now. This is the ‘Land of the Free, Home of the Brave?’”
The Democratic Party and their Socialist Allies in the DSA have allowed antisemites to infiltrate their ranks, creating an atmosphere of fear and hatred that has Jews looking over their shoulders in American cities. This isn’t ancient history—it’s happening right now, on our soil, under the watch of the very politicians who lecture us about “tolerance” while empowering the mob.
We cannot look away. Jews in New York shouldn’t have to hide their faith any more than Christians should fear speaking the name of Jesus. This is our Country, and we must defend it, so help us God.
Pray for Jerry Wartski. Pray for every Jewish American facing this evil. And demand real leadership that puts America First and stamps out this rising hatred before it claims more ground.
