The U.S. Constitution grants the President the authority to issue Pardons for Federal offenses, a power considered 'plenary' and largely beyond judicial or legislative interference.
The Supreme Court has affirmed this in cases like Ex parte Garland (1867), stating that the Pardon power 'extends to every offence known to the law' and is 'not subject to legislative control.' Therefore, once a Pardon is granted and accepted, it cannot be reversed by the Supreme Court or any other body.
But there’s hope to reverse his Pardon… it was fraudulent.
